How do I create an event?

Tap the "+" button on the home screen, enter your event details (name, date, location), select a retention period, and tap "Create Event". You'll receive a unique code and QR to share with guests.

How do I join an event?

You can join by scanning the event's QR code or by entering the 6-character invite code on the Scan screen.

How long are photos and videos stored?

Event content is stored based on the retention period selected by the event host (7, 14, 21, or 30 days after the first upload). After this period, all content is automatically and permanently deleted.

Can I download photos and videos?

Yes! You can download individual photos/videos or download all media from an event at once from the gallery screen.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to reset your password.

Why can't I upload photos?

Make sure you've granted PhotoVibes permission to access your photos. Check your device settings under Privacy > Photos. Also ensure you have a stable internet connection.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap on any photo or video, then tap the menu icon and select "Report". You can also contact us directly at info@makephotovibes.com.
