Event Content
- Event photos, videos, and chat messages are automatically deleted based on the event's retention period (7, 14, 21, or 30 days after the first upload)
- This deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
Account Data
- Your account information is retained as long as your account is active
- You can request account deletion at any time
- Upon deletion, all your data will be removed
Chat Messages
- Chat messages expire 7 days after the event ends
- Private messages are only visible to sender and recipient
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
With Other Users
- Your display name and profile picture are visible to event participants
- Content you upload is visible to event participants
With Service Providers
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage
- Cloudflare R2: Media storage and delivery
- PesaPal: Payment processing

- Join events using invite codes or QR codes

- Download shared media

3. User Accounts

- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Account Termination

- Remain inactive for extended periods

4. User Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant PhotoVibes a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content for providing the Service.
Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or hate

5. Events
Event Hosts are responsible for:
- Managing their events and participants
- Setting appropriate content guidelines
- Reporting inappropriate content or behavior
Event Participants agree to:
- Respect other participants
- Follow the host's guidelines
- Only upload appropriate content
Data Retention
- Event content is automatically deleted after the retention period (7-30 days)
- Deleted content cannot be recovered
6. Payments
- Event creation may involve fees based on retention period
- Prices are displayed before purchase
- Payments are processed by PesaPal
- Payments are generally non-refundable
- Technical issues may qualify for refunds
7. Intellectual Property
PhotoVibes, including its logo, design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our app or content
- Reverse engineer or decompile the app
- Use our trademarks without permission
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- That defects will be corrected
